For the past three years, the last thing I do before falling asleep is reading on diet, running, or weightlifting. My phone would usually drop only for me to pick it up again in the morning where I left off.
However, I'm unconcerned about aesthetics or numbers (I look like a sack of potatoes shirtless🥔😹, and have finished dead last in some races). I do I take an unconventional approach with my clients. It's not that I know the most nor am I the fastest or the strongest, but I know how to instill self-motivation. You see a good personal trainer should work with you such that you shouldn't need them in a month MAX. The end goal is for my client to be focused, disciplined and resilient. I AM NOT AN ACCOUNTABILITY PARTNER. In exercise, youtube can show you the "what" and "how" but I will instill in you the "why". I'm only the spark that will ignite the engine so you can carry yourself to the path of the strongest version of yourself.
